Today's children and teenagers are often agitated, dispersed and stressed. How can we help them to be calmer? How can we teach them to concentrate, to better tame their emotions, to overcome their stress?

Libellule offers workshops combining meditations and various exercisesadapted to 3 different age groups. These programmes  have yielded benefits that have been scientifically validated.

Grade 3 to grade 5 - Better understand emotions and learn to control attention

By combining playful exercises and simple meditations, the intention is for children to better understand and control the mechanism behind attention. They shall then comprehend their own world of emotions and physical sensations thus opening the door for new ways of responding to potential difficulties.
